Default View Options

The View Options tab of the Preferences window allows you to set the default columns to display for all filters and there order. It is possible to override this setting on a per Filter basis as required.

Selecting Columns

To select which columns should be displayed by default, simply check the box next to the field names in the list you require.

To remove a column from the default Filter view, simply uncheck the box next to the field to be removed.

Setting Column Order

To set the order of columns in the default Filter view, simply click a field name and drag it up or down the list to the preferred position, and then release. You do not need to make sure the checked fields are at the top of the list, just in the correct order.

When you save and close the Preferences window, the new default columns will be shown in any filter that has not been given it's own list of columns to use.
