Registering CaseDetective

The trial allows you to use all the features of CaseDetective for up to 30 separate days of usage. After you have used CaseDetective on 30 separate days you will need to purchase a license from our online store, or from within CaseDetective itself.

There are volume discounts available if you are buying 5 or more licenses per order.

Once you have bought your CaseDetective license you will be able to use CaseDetective beyond 30 days and the splash screen will not be "sticky" any longer. You will also be able to disable the splash screen altogether from the Advanced tab of the Preferences window.

Purchasing Through CaseDetective (Windows only)

You can purchase CaseDetective from within the software itself by simply choosing the "Buy CaseDetective" menu option, or clicking the "Buy Now" button on the about window and following the wizard. We use eSellerate as our store provider, allowing us to securely process your order no matter what the time of day or night.

When the wizard completes your installation of CaseDetective will have been licensed with no need to do anything else.

You should receive your Serial Number Name and Serial Number via email too, please keep this safe in case you ever need to install CaseDetective again.

Purchasing Online

To purchase a CaseDetective license online, please go to our online store where you can securely enter you credit card details to purchase one or more licenses. We use eSellerate as our store provider, allowing us to securely process your order no matter what the time of day or night.

Once you have purchased your license, please enter your Serial Number Name and Serial Number via the "Enter License Key" menu option, or through the "Enter License" button on the CaseDetective about window. You will find your Serial Number Name and Serial Number on the receipt displayed at the end of the purchase process.

You should receive your Serial Number Name and Serial Number via email too, please keep this safe in case you ever need to install CaseDetective again.
